Hillary And Tuzla, John Kerry And Vietnam: Selective Liberal Outrage From Obamaniacs
Well, good for her. You go Hillary! You leave the Democrat party in a state of Scorched Earth.
It's funny that so many Democrat Obamaniacs want her to exit the race. What's the matter Obamaniacs? You're not afraid of competition, are you? The Dems used to tell everyone that the more candidates to choose from the better.
Now, with MrsSatan's bid for the White House being perceived as a threat to
And it sure is funny how the Obamaniacs won't let go of Hillary's fake recollection of landing at the Tuzla Air Force Base. If she were the only Dem candidate running against Republican U.S. Senator and presidential candidate John McCain, the Lefties wouldn't even bat at eye at her greatly exaggerated Tuzla story.
It was only a short four years ago that the Lefties turned a blind eye to all of the tall tales that Democrat presidential candidate John Kerry told about his Military career. (They say Kerry served in Vietnam...has this been verified?)
According to the Obamaniacs, it's not okay to lie about Tuzla. But it was fine with the Kerryites - many of whom I presume are now Obamaniacs - for Kerry to lie and fib in 2004. Such a nice example of Selective Liberal Outrage, isn't it?
In his 2004 presidential campaign, Kerry claimed to have been in Cambodia on Christmas in 1968. WaPo:
"I remember Christmas of 1968 sitting on a gunboat in Cambodia. I remember what it was like to be shot at by Vietnamese and Khmer Rouge and Cambodians, and have the president of the United States telling the American people that I was not there; the troops were not in Cambodia. I have that memory which is seared -- seared -- in me."
John Kerry The Great
There were also questions in 2004 about Kerry's claims and statements about his Military medals and ribbons and the manner in how he obtained them. RCP:
I found numerous problems with Kerry's records on his website in my own reporting for the Chicago Sun-Times: a Silver Star with a V for valor listed that the Navy stated it had never awarded in the history of the US Navy, three separate medal citations with some heavy revisions in Kerry's favor signed by former Navy Secretary John Lehman who denied ever signing them, to name two.
[...]
Kerry had written the Bay Hap after action report, by which he received his bronze star and the third purple heart that was his ticket out of Vietnam, the evidence showed that it was indeed probably written by Kerry himself.
Kerry told [historian Douglas] Brinkley personally that he was a "no-show" at a national meeting of the Vietnam Veterans Against the War in Kansas City which voted on a resolution to assassinate six US Senators supporting the Vietnam War in 1971.
[...]
[Later, Kerry] pressured several of the witnesses who confirmed his presence at Kansas City to change their stories.
Oh, if only the Obamaniacs could get rid of Hillary. Well, that's not going to happen and this is driving the Obamaniacs crazy. Way to go Hillary! You Scorch that Democrat Earth!
Selective Liberal Outrage! How rich! How deliciously chocolaty, nougaty, creamy, caramel rich!
