Phony Soldier Phony Outrage

Rush Limbaugh hits a nerve and Democrats react, hyperventilating as usual:

Democratic presidential hopeful John Edwards criticized Rush Limbaugh on Friday for referring to some members of the military as "phony soldiers."

Edwards and the campaign of fellow Democrat Chris Dodd took issue with the radio talk show host's characterization of Iraq war veterans who have spoken out against the war. Limbaugh was responding to a caller who argued that anti-war groups "never talk to real soldiers."

"They like to pull these soldiers that come up out of the blue and talk to the media," the caller said.

    "The phony soldiers," Limbaugh responded.

    [...]

"All these Republicans went running to the mic and the TV cameras when MoveOn ran their ad about General Petraeus. Now let's see if they really mean it," [John] Edwards said. "Let's see if they'll speak out against Rush Limbaugh."

Heh - that's kind of funny coming from John "The Sissy" Edwards, considering his regular use of sending his cancer-stricken wife out to fight his battles for him because he's too afraid of any fallout that could hit him from the MoveOn and KooKs Goon squads.

This is nothing more than continued disingenuous rhetoric from the Liberal Haters over Rush Limbaugh's use of the words "phony soldier." His words, taken out of context by liars like Media Matters, is spoon-fed directly to pontificating Liberal politicians who have a solid history of insulting the Military. Politicians like John Kerry, Dick Durbin, John Murtha, Hillary Clinton, JimBob BobbyJim JimBo BobJim Webb, John Edwards and others.

I listen to a good deal of Liberal Talk Radio. Every time a caller who identifies him or herself as currently serving in the Military or former Military calls in to any Liberal Talk Show and says they support the War in Iraq and Afghanistan, they are met by the same remark by the Liberal host: "Well, I have no way of knowing if you're really in the Military," or , "I think you're just saying you're in the Military." You can hear denigrating response from Ed Schultz, Thom Hartmann, Stephanie Miller, Ratty Rhodes, Al Franken (before he quite his unsuccessful show to run for U.S. Senate), Raymond Maddox and any other Lib Talker when fielding a call from someone in the Military. Funny how Media Matters never finds time to write about, let alone criticize, when these instances happen.

Limbaugh knows exactly what he's doing and the reaction he will get from what he says. He pulls the strings of these Liberals and they respond with their predictable knee-jerk reaction every, single, solitary time. You think they'd learn - after so many times - to not let their strings be pulled, but no, knee-jerk mentality coupled with their hate-mongering gets the best of them. Every single time. What a bunch of idiots.

Think fast, Who said it:

Opening show monologue on September 19, 2007:

"Let 'em die." ("'Em" being the Men and Women serving in the U.S. Military)

    "Let 'em bleed."

"Let 'em come home without limbs. So disfigured and gross you won't want to kiss your son, daughter, father or brother."

"Keep putting metallic ribbons on your vans and SUVs."

"Let 'em bleed. Let 'em bleed."

Can you guess which Liberal Talker said the above words? Can you guess which Liberal Talker, who claims to be so supportive of the Military, said the above? It's a no-brainer, it's an easy guess; come on, I know you know who it is.

Yep, those words were spoken by the Rapidly Decaying Corpse of Mike Malloy. He's such a cretinous Hater, isn't he?

Media Matters and Liberal politicians won't criticize Malloy though, it doesn't fit with their plan of Smear Merchanting and Hate Mongering. Oh, but they support the Troops, they just don't support the War. Yeaaaaaaaaaaaah.....riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.
