Another Bar/Restaurant Closure;
Blame The Militant Non-Smoking Nazis
A restaurant anchoring a central downtown intersection for more than a decade has closed its doors.
Decoy’s Grill and Bar owners closed the eating and drinking establishment at Hwy. 61 and Fourth Street Sunday, Aug. 30. The restaurant had been in business for 11 years and employed 46 people.
Owners Bob and Kim Keifer said in a message posted on the front door that they tried their best to keep the establishment open.
“In the past year, we made all efforts to keep Decoy’s open,” they said. “In spite of our relentless efforts, we must close.”
The restaurant was known for its afternoon buffet, weekend music and large, cabin-themed dining room.
Bob Keifer, a longtime White Bear area dentist, said the grill and bar was hit with several blows forcing him to turn off the lights. The state smoking ban, instituted in 2007, led to a dramatic drop in bar revenue and the recent statewide economic downturn led to fewer and fewer customers.

Forty-six people are now on the unemployment line, due mostly to the Militant Non-Smoking Nazis.
Gee...correct me if I'm wrong. I thought all the Militant Non-Smoking Nazis said they would be going out and painting the town red if only...

...if only they didn't have to breath in that nasty second-hand cigarette smoke.
Where are you Militant Non-Smokers? Why aren't you bellying up to the bar and to the restaurants? Why are you such a bunch of liars and tightwads?
But oh boy, I bet the Militant Non-Smoking Nazis love themselves their Cigarette Smoking Fascist in the White House, Barack Saddam Hussein Obama, Junior, huh? Yeah...his cigarette smoking is fine with them.
