Robert Byrd Delivers Emotional Speech About Ted Kennedy's Brain Tumor
Robert Byrd, the 91-year old Senator Klansman delivered an emotional speech on the Senate Floor on the subject of his colleague Ted Kennedy's brain tumor.
So of course, it is incumbent upon me - my duty, really - to completely ridicule Byrd's speech.
