The Hour Of Stupidity

March 29 marks an indescribable and monumental Hour Of Stupidity:

On March 29, 2008 at 8 p.m., join millions of people around the world in making a statement about climate change by turning off your lights for Earth Hour, an event created by the World Wildlife Fund.

    [...]

We invite everyone throughout North America and around the world to turn off the lights for an hour starting at 8 p.m. (your own local time)–whether at home or at work, with friends and family or solo, in a big city or a small town.

I'm turning on all my lights and appliances for this hour to negate any tiny benefit that may occur from this Hour Of Stupidity. I encourage others to do the same.

Comments:
The funny part will be when at 9pm, all the circuits in the world are blown from the surge of everyone turning their lights back on.

No sh*t, honestly, these people are dense. They don't "get it" and they never will.

Glad to hear from you Mod. Or should I say Butter - - - -. Naw, we'll keep those names separate from the blog.

Would this be dim logic?

Dim Logic! No shit! Brilliant observation!

Darn it Molson, this is the year to jump into political blogging. Why haven't you done so? You think up the best stuff! I'm envious!
