Presidential Ratings

End Of Term Ratings For Presidents:

Jimmy Carter left office in 1981 with a 31% approval rating (Same link as above).

"Overall Rankings" rankings post-1950: (info.please) give Jimmy Carter a four year All Time Low Rating of 34% and and All Time High of 75%.

Bill Clinton's All Time Low Rating is 37% and his All Time High is 73%.

ABC, however, - which oddly supplied the numbers for the second link, Info.please - here lists Clinton's Overall All Time High as 65%.

The same ABC link above also cites that "45 percent, say Congress did the right thing by impeaching Clinton."
