Fetus Or Not A Fetus?

I envision a whole new game show hosted by the wonderful and talented ghost of Gene Rayburn:

Ghost of Gene Rayburn Hosting The New "Fetus or Not A Fetus"

Fetuses do not count as passengers when it comes to determining who may drive in the carpool lane, a judge ruled. Candace Dickinson was fined $367 for improper use of a carpool lane, but contended the fetus inside her womb allowed her to use the lane
.
Geez-Us-Keeey-Rist, what is the world coming to when someone tries to use the carpool/HOV lane using a fetus as the "second passenger"? If she had been driving to an Abortion Clinic, it OBVIOUSLY wouldn't have been, A) a fetus, B) a human fetus, C) anything even remotely connected to a biological human being. Had someone tried to rob/hurt/kill her, with bodily injury that affected the fetus, of course then it would have been a human being.

In the words of James Traficant
"Beam me Up!". Mr. Traficant, a democrat I actually LIKE, is spending his time Painting in jail. Someone tell me why this man is doing far more time than Fat Dan Rostenkowski?
