A judge Unaware

This is the kind of story I can't write about. I become enraged.

I could as easily put a .45 caliber hollow point in Joseph Duncan's head, as I could torture him for weeks, months, and probably years on end, (
Yes, I know, not very Christian of me.) Either way, at night, I'd sleep as well as a breast fed and burped baby.

And what the hell is wrong with Judge Thomas Schroeder setting bail $10,000 less than requested?

"Judge" (and I use that title loosely) Schroeder quotes:

Well, Duncan posted bail...in CASH...in CASH mind you, and skipped town. Now, I'm not the first person to say that if you or I went to buy a car, and had $10,000 in cash on us, for the down payment, as soon as we opened that cache of cash, we'd be spread eagle on the ground, answering to INS, FBI, CIA, DEA and Homeland Security.

But apparently, no one, including the absent-minded judge, bothered to ask where a sex offender came up with $15 Grand ASAP. Well, maybe $6,500 of if came from this guy:
Richard Wacksman, a former doctor, who befriended Duncan, loaned him $6,500 before his April 2005 court appearance. Maybe law authorities should take a look at Dr. Wacksman's computer hard drive?
Years ago I favored the death penalty for murderer's and violent criminals. Then I moved to an anti-death penalty mindset. After hearing about this case, I'm rethinking my position, especially with regard to pedophiles.

"Judge" Schroeder, I'm not familiar with your other legal rulings and decisions. They may be accurate, fair, and just. However, your gross negligence with Joseph Duncan is an absolute, qualified FAILURE.

You owe it to the Groene family to resign and step down from the bench. With as little thought and consideration as you set bail.
