Newsweek and David Brooks

What kind of finite hair splitting is this?
Well, we learned this from the Left. If the Columbine shootings can be blamed on gun makers and gun retailers, and if tobacco companies are responsible for first or second hand smoke-related illness, and if car makers are held responsible for design flaws, of course it wouldn't be much of a stretch to make the same linear analogy that Newsweek is indeed, responsible for the results of their erroneous story.
Okay - let's say liberalism had nothing to do with. Does that mean it didn't happen? O.J. Simpson was found not guilty in criminal court. I guess that must MEAN no one was killed. Therefore, Nicole Simpson and Ronald Goldman must still be alive, right?
Is that the same delusional mental landscape, filled with conspiracy theories and paranoia that convinced liberals of a "vast, right wing conspiracy"? Wow, if this isn't the proverbial liberal pot calling the kettle black.

I think I can find more facts in a story run by The Onion than I can the NY Times. What rubbish!
