Obama Makes Slip About Postage Costs

RICHMOND, Va. - Barack Obama, caught up in the fervor of a campaign speech today, drastically overstated the increase in the price for a First Class Stamp. "In case you missed it, today the cost of a First Class Postage Stamp increased to forty-one-thousand dollars," the Democratic presidential candidate said in a speech to 500 people packed into a sweltering Richmond art studio.

It turns out the cost increase in the U.S. Postal Service's First Class stamp is only .02 cents, increasing .39 cents to .41 cents.

After the speech an Obama aide quickly corrected the matter saying the Illinois Senator meant to say the price of stamps increase to forty-one cents, blaming the misspeak on Obama's physiological woefully inadequate level of nicotine.

Last week, Obama made a similar slip, saying "Ten thousand people died," in the Kansas tornado. The actual number, to date, is twelve confirmed dead. At that time, Obama spokesman Will Wurton blamed the faux pas on the Hillary Clinton For President Campaign that he asserted was following Obama on the campaign trail with a giant, invisible Gamma Ray Machine, causing Obama to fumble the number.

OOPS!!! Hey give the guy a break, quitting smoking is tough... And Gamma Ray Machines... Ouch!!!

What he meant to say was 10,000 infidels need to die so remember to vote for Mullah Obama. The Council for American Islamic Rule (CAIR) needs your support.

ARC - quitting smoking is tough, I've done it hundreds of time (Ba-Dump!)

Watch our for those Gamma Ray Machines. Hillary's got em, she's using 'em and I'm not making any of that stuff up!

Molson - I like the CAIR line - heh!

Cut him some slack -- he was told there'd be no math during this campaign.

"no math".....LMAO!
