Smokers 1, MPAAT 0

Bar owners that have seen their business dwindle with the smoking ban won a victory yesterday in Minneapolis. The vote to allow smoking in bars that sell more liquor than food was "relaxed"; another way for the city and county to save face instead of admitting their ban had a B I G negative influence on these businesses.

Word on the street is that MPAAT is fit to be tied. Good! It's time this Nazi-like organization get back some of the negative Social Engineering Karma that they've been niggling out over the past several years.

I wouldn't encourage someone who doesn't smoke to start. I would discourage any youth who was thinking of starting this habit. But for those who choose to do so, this is still a free country and tobacco is a legal product.

MPAAT would like the public to believe that they have the peoples' best interest at heart when they do not. This is an issue of Social Engineering and nothing more. Don't ever forget that MPAAT exists only because of the transfer of wealth from the tobacco lawsuit to their Social Engineering organization.

So you disagree with labeling MPAAT as a Social Engineering organization? Then answer this: Why is MPAAT so afraid to allow the free market to play this issue out?

Why not let those bars and restaurants that want to be smoke-free be smoke-free? Why not let those bars and restaurants that want to allow smoking to allow it? Because then MPAAT's agenda of Social Engineering become impotent.

The High and Mighty MPAAT takes a huge hit to its agenda.

"Oh Dat's So Sad!"
